Credit Suisse’s 238 million euro settlement deal in a tax case has been approved by a French court.

Paris A judge said Credit Suisse Group and the French Financial Prosecution Office reached an agreement to resolve a tax fraud and money laundering case in the nation with a 238 million euro ($233.81 million) payment to the state, which was approved by a French court on Monday.
