Tokyo (Reuters) – According to a source familiar with the situation, Institutional Shareholder Services Inc (ISS) and Glass Lewis have both recommended voting for the appointment of all Toshiba (OTC: TOSY) Corp director nominees.
Two executives from hedge fund shareholders, Elliott Management and Farallon Capital Management, are included on the board of directors. The source declined to be identified due to the sensitivity of the topic.
