Chairman NAB devised a novel method of avoiding the PAC meeting.

The Prime Minister forbade the Chairman of the National Audit Bureau (NAB) from attending any Standing Committee meeting.

NAB Chairman Justice (Retd) Javed Iqbal did not attend the Public Accounts Committee’s in-camera hearing, although a letter from the NAB was read out loud during the meeting.
