After his smoking video was released, Alize Shah vowed to pursue legal action.

KARACHI: Alize Shah, an actress, has just chosen to sue to stop the dissemination of her smoking video.

Earlier this year, a video showing actress Aliza Shah sitting in a vehicle smoking became popular on social media. Seeing Alize Shah, it appeared that this film was being made without his permission or knowledge. This video became popular on social media later on.

Aliza Shah has now decided to take legal action in response to the widespread distribution of his film, and has contacted the FIA Cyber Crime Unit.

Imran Riaz, the chief of the FIA Cyber Crime Sindh, recently uploaded a video on Instagram in which he recorded it without anyone’s consent and subsequently viralized it across multiple platforms, including social media. As soon as the results are available, you will be notified.

In the video, Imran Riaz says that capturing images or films of someone without their permission, uploading them, distributing them on numerous social media platforms, tweeting and retweeting them, as happened with actress Alize Shah, is illegal. Yes, it is a crime that falls within the umbrella of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act of 2016.

According to Imran Riaz, those who commit this offence face up to three years in prison or a fine of Rs 1 million, or both, so be careful.
