After VTB Capital Plc was placed into administration on December 6, Teneo Financial Advisory said in a statement on Friday that Stephen Browne and David Soden of Teneo had been appointed administrators of the company.
According to Teneo, Browne and Soden are currently employing sanctions licenses to unlock frozen assets of the Russian bank’s UK branch.
