Today’s Gold Rate in Karachi – 18th March 2023
On Saturday, the price of a single tola of 24-carat gold in Pakistan was Rs 205100. Karachi is the main hub of the gold market in Pakistan, and every city in the country follows the Karachi Sarafa Bazar Association for the gold price. As such, the gold rates for different cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta, are the same.
At the close of trading, the price of 10 grams of 24k gold was Rs 175840. Similarly, 10 grams of 22k gold were being traded for Rs 161185, and a single tola of 22-karat gold was being sold for Rs 188007.
According to the Saraf Jewelers Association, the current gold price in Pakistan for 24k per tola is Rs 205100 as of 18 March 2023. The gold rates are set in the London Bullion Market and sometimes by the International Monetary Fund, which has the sole authority to do so.
Gold is considered to be the most precious and valuable metal among all metals, and its significance and importance cannot be neglected. In Pakistan, gold is widely used for a variety of purposes, including gold jewellery.
