The Prominent Positions of Bernard Arnault’s Children within LVMH: An Insight into the Next Generation’s Contributions

LVMH, the luxury empire led by Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault, sees his five children assuming prominent roles within the company, further solidifying their presence in the limelight.

At the age of 48, Delphine Arnault took on the position of Chairman and CEO of Christian Dior Couture in February. Prior to this, she held the position of Executive Vice President at Louis Vuitton, where she was responsible for overseeing the product portfolio. Delphine has also served as Deputy Managing Director of Christian Dior Couture and holds positions on LVMH’s board of directors and executive committee. Her educational background includes graduating from the esteemed French business school, EDHEC, as well as the London School of Economics.

Antoine Arnault, aged 46, assumes the role of Head of Communications, Image, and Environment for LVMH. Additionally, he serves as Chairman and CEO of the LVMH holding company, Christian Dior SE. Since 2012, he has held the CEO position at Berluti, an upscale menswear and shoe label, and has also been the Chairman of Loro Piana, an Italian cashmere specialist, since 2013. Prior to his current roles, Antoine was responsible for communications at Louis Vuitton. He holds degrees from the renowned French business school, INSEAD, as well as the esteemed Canadian business school, HEC Montreal.

Alexandre Arnault, aged 31, holds the position of Executive Vice President overseeing product and communications at Tiffany. Previously, he served as the CEO of Rimowa, a prominent luggage-maker, for a notable four-year period starting in 2016. Alexandre is a graduate of the prestigious French university, Ecole Polytechnique.

In 2020, Frederic Arnault, aged 28, assumed the role of CEO at Tag Heuer. Prior to this, he held the position of Head of Strategy and Digital Director at the renowned watch label, which he joined in 2017. Frederic is a graduate of France’s esteemed Ecole Polytechnique.

Jean Arnault, aged 24, joined Louis Vuitton’s watches division in August 2021 as Director of Marketing and Development. He holds a master’s degree in Financial Mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.

With each of Bernard Arnault’s children contributing their unique talents and expertise to LVMH’s portfolio of brands, the company continues to thrive under the guidance of the next generation.
