The value of the local currency went down by 21 paisa.
On Wednesday, the US dollar stopped losing against the Pakistani rupee after a new rise in value.
Details show that the local currency lost 21 paisas against the U.S. dollar and was being traded for Rs. 218. Pakistan’s central bank said that the rupee was worth Rs217.79 at the end of Tuesday.
Even though the rupee has lost value, it has still gained Rs21.94 since its record high of Rs239.94.
