Tesla completes capacity expansion at the Shanghai plant The plant is now fully operational Shanghai government

SHANGHAI Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA ) has completed a plan to boost production in it’s Shanghai facility on Monday. as per an announcement on the Shanghai government platform for businesses Environmental information declarations.

Tesla will be testing the production lines to test the upgrade from September. 19 through November. 30th, the announcement added.

Reuters earlier published an earlier report Tesla was ramping up production to meet an estimated 222,000 Model 3 and Model Y cars per week in the Shanghai plant.
