Prince William’s fiancee, Kate Middleton, was ‘barely visible’ in front of his’secret obsession’.

At his 21st birthday party, Prince William entirely disregarded then-girlfriend Kate Middleton.

Katie Nicholl, a royal specialist, believes that Prince William is much too preoccupied with his infatuation with and purported ex-girlfriend, Jecca Craig, whom he met in Kenya.

When William attended Kate’s delayed 21st birthday in June 2003 at her family home in Bucklebury, Berkshire, the gaze she shot him across the room as he stepped into the 1920s-themed party was beyond platonic,“ Katie writes in her 2010 book.

Then, later that month, during William’s party at Windsor Castle, it seemed as if Kate had hardly registered on William’s radar.”

Kate, dissatisfied, kept an eye on Jecca throughout the night.

Kate was unaware if they were romantically engaged or not, but she observed that Jecca was sitting at the top table near William, whilst Kate had to raise her glass from a distance to toast the prince.

Jecca subsequently attended the wedding of Kate and William at Westminster Abbey in 2011.
