ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s first e-commerce website, E-Tijarat, was launched by Prime Minister Imran Khan on Monday, Asian Trade News reports. The goal is to boost trade and help the government bring more transparency to the information technology industry.
Today, Prime Minister Imran Khan launched Pakistan’s first e-commerce online platform, E-Tijarat Portal. He also spoke at the E-Commerce Pakistan Convention, where he announced the country’s first tax-free programme for freelancers who have been registered with the tax office.
