PERIOD PAKISTAN TO HOST A CONFERENCE IN KARACHI
Period.org is hosting an extremely important conference ‘’The womanhood (Through Awareness and Commitment) on Wednesday, Oct 26th, 2022 from 6:00 pm – 8.30 pm at district 19, Karachi. The underlying impetus of the conference is to raise awareness and shed light on women’s education, Physical & Mental health and fitness for women to energize the populace to commit, Other pertinent areas will be highlighted during the conference.
The main purpose of the conference is to create awareness and a platform for industry experts to unite and share real-life experiences to encourage women in Pakistan. Hasan Daupota is bringing the global chapter to educate and find solutions to deal with women’s issues.
PERIOD.org is a global youth-fueled nonprofit that strives to eradicate period poverty and stigma through service, education, and advocacy. Through the distribution of menstrual products, and promotion of youth leadership, and aims to center those disproportionately affected by period poverty and support local efforts for menstrual equity.
