ISLAMABAD, Pakistan –The Supreme Court has rejected the Pakistan People’s Party’s request for a fullcourt to hear the suo moto case about the National Assembly Speaker’s decision to reject the no-confidence motion. The full court would have been able to hear the case.

People from the Supreme Court in Islamabad heard the case. The case was led by Chief Justice Umer Atta Bandial, who is in charge of the whole court.

During the course of the hearings, the Chief Justice, while examining PPP attorney Farooq H Naek’s appeal for the establishment of a full-court, requested that he submit his formulation and the court would examine it if it was deemed suitable.
