New York, which has come to a standstill to stop the coronavirus pandemic, may begin reviving assembling and development after May 15, Governor Andrew Cuomo stated, as per AFP.
“The districts that would be almost certain ready to open sooner would be the upstate locales,” Cuomo told correspondents.
“Downstate New York will be progressively entangled.”
