NEPRA raised the price of electricity for K-Electric users by Rs 9.42 per unit.

ISLAMABAD— On Monday, the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) gave the go-ahead for K-Electric customers to pay Rs9.42 more per unit of electricity.

Details show that NEPRA approved the increase under the fuel adjustment for May.

Consumers of K-Electric will have to pay an extra billion rupees.

After going over the numbers, the regulator will give a full decision.
