Karachi: Naya Pakistan Housing and Development Authority (NAPHDA) Chairman Lt Gen (retd) Anwar Ali Hyder on Friday said that banks will begin offering credits for the plan from one week from now.
He said banks had been confronting issues with giving house financing on low loan costs however the legislature found a way to give house advances on 5-7 percent financing costs for which banks would get various motivating forces.
Tending to a course on “Circumstances in Naya Pakistan Housing Scheme” composed by the Association of Builders and Developers (Abad) on Friday, NAPHDA executive trusted that banks would begin presenting their items by one week from now.
