Google hopes to improve its smartphone game with the latest Pixel 7

The device was announced during the week of Brookly.

NEW New York (AFP) NEW YORK (AFP) Google plans to improve its game on smartphones with Pixel 7, the latest entry into the competitive world of personal electronics, where it’s always been a minor player.

However “Selling many more Pixel devices could take away shares that is held by other Android players This is not in line with Pixel’s goals,” he said.

Bjorhovde stated that, with the most recent Version of the handset Google has shifted its focus by releasing a device that can be used with earbuds, wearables and other products made by Google.

Wonders of AI

The previous version of the phone called Pixel 6, Pixel 6, was the first phone to utilize Tensor processing that was developed by Google to provide more advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Pixel 7 Pixel 7 has a second-generation Tensor, the G2 which makes blurred photos appear clearer and eliminate distracting features from photographs and cut out background noise of phone calls.

The latest version of the system can translate the language in real time including idioms, and send more detailed photos of various skin tones.

At the launch, Google vice president Rick Osterloh announced that the new service “represents years of work across Google and is it is a long-term investment into Google’s Pixel Portfolio.”

The company has witnessed an increase in sales, increasing to 6.2 million Pixels during the twelve months that ended 30 June 2022. which is 129 percent more than the previous 12-month period according to data from Canalys.

This is due to a significant increase on market share within the United States, where Pixel is now just only 2% of smartphone sales.

The price is $599.99 within the United States, the Pixel 7 is advertised as a budget-friendly device. The most current models of both Samsung Galaxy and iPhone iPhone or Samsung Galaxy are both around $800.
