On Saturday, the selling price for a single tola of 24-carat gold in Pakistan was recorded at Rs 218800. Karachi serves as the primary center of the gold market in the country, and therefore sets the trend for gold prices in other cities. The Karachi Sarafa Bazar Association is the leading body for determining gold prices, and rates for different cities, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta, were all reported to be the same on this day.

As of the close of trading on April 29, 2023, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold was Rs 187760. Meanwhile, 10 grams of 22-karat gold was being traded at Rs 172112, and a single tola of 22-karat gold was priced at Rs 200749.
The current gold price in Pakistan for 24k per tola, according to the Saraf Jewelers Association, is Rs 219000.
