LAHORE: A responsibility court on Monday prosecuted Fawad Hassan Fawad, previous head secretary to leader, and his three relatives in resources past methods reference documented by National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Responsibility Court Judge Muhammad Akmal Khan directed the procedures of the case, wherein Fawad Hassan Fawad, Rubab Hassan, Waqar Hassan and Anjum Hassan showed up in the court. At this, the court acknowledged the solicitation and prosecuted all the denounced BY FAWAD. Notwithstanding, they denied charges leveled by the NAB in the reference and fought to challenge that. Therefore, the court deferred further procedures till October 7 and called arraignment observers for recording their announcements.
Catch had claimed that the previous head secretary had aggregated resources past his wellsprings of pay fawad. It was claimed that he possessed resources worth Rs 5 billion, other than different benami accounts.
