BOSTON – Top proxy adviser Institutional Shareholder Services has advised investors to vote for all Exxon Mobil Corp. director candidates (NYSE:XOM).
ISS also advised voting “for” the company’s CEO compensation in a study sent late Monday, but endorsed numerous shareholder proposals centred on climate issues. The annual meeting of Exxon Mobil is set for May 25.
