Pakistan will face India on March 6 in the ICC Women’s World Cup.

Pakistan is all prepared to meet India in the first match of the ICC Women’s World Cup on March 6.
In Tauranga, New Zealand, Pakistan’s national women’s cricket team has arrived. Tomorrow, the International Cricket Council’s (ICC) Women’s Cricket World Cup will start.
The group travelled aboard a rented jet from Christchurch to Tauranga.
After opening their World Cup campaign against arch-rivals India at the Bay Oval on March 6, the Bismah Maroof-led squad will play two additional matches in Tauranga.
The last two matches, against Australia and South Africa, will be held at the same site on March 8 and 11, respectively.
Maroof will return to international cricket for the first time in two years after the birth of her first child in December 2020.
As part of the Pakistan Cricket Board’s (PCB) new parenting policy, she will be accompanied by a support person who will help her care for her child while she still plays cricket.
Meanwhile, Ashley Gardner, an Australian all-rounder, hired COVID-19 before the start of the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup.
The cricketer tested positive for coronavirus during a regular PCR test and had to remain in isolation in Christchurch, New Zealand.
The rest of the Australian team will go to Hamilton to play England in their first game of the tournament.
