‘Imran Niazi’ sabotaged Pakistan’s space programme, says Ahsan Iqbal.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Secretary General Ahsan Iqbal claimed on Thursday that Prime Minister Imran Khan wrecked Pakistan’s space programme by destroying the economy.

While sharing old news about a multi-mission satellite deal inked by Pakistan and China, he stated that Pakistan will launch its first astronaut into space in 2020 as part of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) collaboration.

He said that the development budget had been substantially curtailed, with very minimal funds for the space programme. He said that the nation’s future was jeopardised because institutions lacked research funds.

“Here we are in 2022, with Prime Beggar as our Prime Minister,” Ahsan Iqbal stated.

With a begging bowl in his hand, he goes throughout the world. “Imran Niazi has destroyed Pakistan’s economy, which has resulted in the worst calamity in the country’s history.”

On March 23, 2018, federal minister Ahsan Iqbal announced the commencement of a campaign called “Jazba-e-Tameer.”

He asked youngsters to become active participants in this campaign and fight hard to get Pakistan among the top 25 economies in the world, speaking at a press conference in Islamabad.

According to Ahsan Iqbal, the initiative entailed delivering video clips of people, organisations, and other entities that were motivated to do good in order to spread a positive message throughout society.

Meanwhile, in Islamabad, a contract signing ceremony for the Pakistan Multi-Mission Satellite (PakSAT-MM1) project took place. At the ceremony, the then-Chinese ambassador to Pakistan, Yao Jing, was also present.
