The U.S. Trustee in charge of the Celsius chapter 11 bankruptcy case has argued against a Celsius motion that would give 62 of the company’s 275 employees a retention bonus of $2.96 million.
In the supporting statement for the objection that was filed on Oct. 27, the trustee said:
