Australia’s AMP was fined $9.7 million for breaking rules about fees.
Wealth management company the AMP (OTC: AMLTF) Ltd said on Tuesday it was awarded an A$14.5 million ($9.74 million) penalty by the Federal court for infractions involving the traditional charge in the form of “Plan Service Fees.”
