Hamza’s petition to become the next CM will be heard in the LHC.

This is what I said on Friday. Shahbaz Sharif, a leader of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), filed a petition in the Lahore High Court (LHC). The hearing is going on now.

Chief Justice (CJ) Ameer Bhatti is going to be in charge of the case.

In the LHC, a constitutional petition was filed by the leader of the PML-N.

As of April 1, there has been no Chief Minister (CM) in Punjab. The petition asked the court to look into how to elect a new CM.

According to sources, the other people named in the petition are the Speaker of the Punjab Assembly, the Deputy Speaker, and other people as well.

The petition in the LHC was filed after the Supreme Court overturned the decision of the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly (NA) not to allow a vote of no-confidence against Prime Minister Imran Khan. The National Assembly must now meet again to hold a vote of no-confidence against Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The top court said that “the prime minister did not have the right to tell the president that the assembly should be thrown out.” Until now, all of the decisions we’ve made have been thrown out. ” As long as the no-confidence vote against the prime minister is successful, the assembly will pick a new leader, the top court said in its order.
