The Supreme Court delayed the hearing of government employees who were sacked until tomorrow

The five members headed by Judge Umrata bandial heard this case. The Attorney General gave an argument about the fired government employees.

Attorney General Khalid Javed Khan said that 16,000 employees from 16 institutions were reported. The Division of Establishment said there were 5,000 affected employees. The employee was recruited from 1993 to 1996. Until 1999, these employees were fired at different times.

Judge Umrata Bandial said that according to law, this employee has the right to retire? The Attorney General said that in my opinion, according to the law, this employee’s retirement rights will not be created.

Employees come to court with their seniority. The Supreme Court gave notice to the Attorney General on the petition but there was no 27A notification.

Judge Umrata Bandial said that giving notice is formality. The court heard the Attorney General’s office and gave its decision. The constitution gives the highest strength of the Supreme Court.

Judge Umar Ata said that this employee was not recruited in any procedure. The Supreme Court in his decision also reviewed the recruitment procedure. There must be criteria for recruitment to the Government post. This is not to say that the government cannot recruit. The government can only recruit according to law.

Judge Omar Ata bandial in his remarks further said that there were no legal actions taken while rejecting employees as you said. There is no legal way to recruit employees. There must be several procedures and procedures for public services. The court has vowed to protect the constitution. The court’s decision functions as a precedent for the future. Someone must stand up for the future.

Judge Mansoor Ali Shah in his speech said that not all employees were fired in one letter or government orders. It is true that employees do not have a role in the unconstitutional law. Restoration law cannot be applied again when the court rules. Parliament can provide assistance to employees after ten years of service.

Attorney General Khalid Javed Khan said that Parliament defended the action through the government and me.

Justice Qazi Amin asked whether there might be a government system outside the constitution. The previous government opposed employee recovery. In the case of a review, the government wants to restore employees.
