The Pakistan-India rivalry is well-known across the world, and everyone enjoys watching their matches.
Pakistan upset arch-rival India in an epic clash in the recent ICC T20 World Cup 2021, which was hosted in the UAE, with the Green Shirts winning by 10 wickets in response to a 152-run goal.
And now, fans are once again anticipating the 2019 T20 World Cup, which is set to begin on October 16 with group matches in Australia. The Super12 will begin on October 22.
The two adversaries are once again put in the same group as in the previous competition. The two teams will face off in the competition on October 23 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
On Monday, the ICC made tickets available to the general public in order to provide fans the option to reserve their seats for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 and experience the cricket festival inside the stadiums.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, “nearly 60,000 pre-sale tickets for the India against Pakistan group match at the MCG on October 23 have already been sold.”
