Islamabad: The government is likely to reduce the price of petroleum products by Rs 15 per litre.

The prices of petroleum products are likely to be reduced by Rs 15 per litre, Ogra has sent a summary to the Prime Minister to reduce the price of petrol by Rs 15, diesel by Rs 7 and kerosene by Rs 2 per litre.

More help could also come from lowering the rate of tax on petroleum products, but the Prime Minister will make the final decision today.
