The PM will visit Lahore to see how things are going for the election of the next Punjab CM.

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan –Imran Khan, the Prime Minister of Pakistan, is going to visit Lahore on Tuesday (April 5) to make sure the governing coalition’s political strategy is working and to see how things are going for the Punjab Chief Minister election.

PM Imran Khan has chosen to go to Lahore because he wants to see how things are going in the province of Punjab. He is also likely to meet with high-ranking people there.

The Prime Minister is set to meet with Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar, Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi, and Punjab Governor Omar Sarfraz Cheema.

The Prime Minister will also meet with representatives of the coalition parties’ provincial assemblies. Dissident members of the PTI assembly are also thought to meet with the Prime Minister.
