Air crash specialists were on the way from Pakistan to France on Monday with two ‘discovery’ flight recorders of a Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane that smashed in a neighborhood while attempting to land in Karachi a month ago, air terminal authorities said.
An Airbus test plane, bizarrely charged to ship the cases as a result of interruption from the coronavirus emergency, was expected to show up on Monday evening at Le Bourget close to Paris where France’s BEA air mishap organization was holding on to open them.
