The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has set new prices for property in 360 residential areas and commercial Peshawar, effective December 1, 2021.
Saddar Bazar Peshawar residential property has increased from 13 lakh 22 thousand per marla to 18 lakh 41 thousand while commercial property per marla has increased from 57 lakh 32 thousand to 79 lakh 81 thousand.
Mall Road Residential Property Price has increased by RS. 5 lakh per marla, commercial property by RS. 12 lakh per marla, residential property in the downtown area has increased from the hospital. 13 lakh 62 thousand per marla to the hospital. Per Marla has increased from the hospital. 56 lakh 11 thousand to hospital.
According to documents, the price of residential property in the Badhni region has increased from RS 44,000 to Rs 97,000 per Marla and the price of commercial property has increased from Rs 124,000 to Rs 165,000 per Marla.
The FBR has improved the price of the basement at Rs 2,500 per square foot, the ground floor at Rs 2,250 per square foot and the first floor at a price of Rs 2,000 per square foot.
