Sheikh Rashid claims that opposition parties pose no danger to Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Earlier on Wednesday, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid said that Prime Minister Imran Khan was not threatened by the opposition parties, and that they would be defeated if they chose to move a no-confidence resolution against the premier.

During an interview with members of the media in Islamabad, he said that the network of NADRA offices will be extended to the most remote parts of the country.

Rashid said that 13 passport offices will be created in the interior of Sindh, and that succession certificates will be implemented in Azad Kashmir, Balochistan, and other provinces.

The interior minister said that the salaries of civil armed personnel have been increased by 15 percent as of January 1. Rashid said that he had also urged the Prime Minister to increase the salaries of employees in other ministries.

According to him, the Iranian interior minister was also scheduled to visit Pakistan next week, according to Radio Pakistan.

Rashid has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will be able to get rid of inflation by the fifth year of his term.

The Prime Minister of Pakistan has said in the past that reducing poverty is the government’s top priority.
