LAHORE: With opposition parties and the governing PTI’s allies increasingly interacting, another meeting between Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif and PMLQ’s Chauhdry brothers is likely in the coming days, asain trade said, quoting sources.
According to sources familiar with the subject, the PML-N president is set to pay a visit to the PMLQ leaders’ house this Sunday. Also, sources told Geo News that the leader of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), Maulana Fazlur Rehman, will be in touch with Shehbaz today.
They said that the leaders will discuss the country’s present political crisis and finalise a plan for launching an anti-government campaign. Later in the day, the opposition leaders will participate digitally in a PMD meeting.
