According to a report by infographic software company Infrogram, the cryptocurrency exchange Ripple is one of the top ten most valuable unicorns in the United States based on market value.
The payment protocol that Chris Larsen and Brad Garlinghouse made came in at number 10 on the list. It was worth $15 billion on the market, which put it at number 10 on the list. Information from the private equity firm CB Insights, the news platform Feingold, and the consumer and market data company Statista was also used to make the report.
The report says that a “unicorn” is a privately owned startup that is worth at least $1 billion right now. So, the company is no longer called a unicorn when it has an IPO or is bought out.

Space X, which makes spacecraft and is owned by Elon Musk, was at the top of the list with a market value of $127 billion. After SpaceX, the company Stripe, which provides financial services and is led by Patrick Collison, came in second with a market value of $95 billion.
On the list were also the names of companies like Instacart, which sells groceries; Databricks, which makes software; and Epic Games, which makes video games.
