Ramiz Raja on the Pindi pitch statement: “I perceive cricket through the perspective of a cricketer.”
Ramiz Raja, the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board, said that he was first and foremost a cricketer when he said that the pitch in Pindi was bad.
“First and foremost, I am a cricketer, and I view cricket through a cricketer’s eyes,” Ramiz told the reporters at Karachi’s National Stadium.
“I understand the fans’ frustration, as well as my own. It was critical to establish the manner in which the Pindi pitch was created,” the PCB chairman said.
Ramiz made a long statement a few days ago about the Pindi wicket, Pakistan’s strength, and other important things.
He characterized Australia’s visit to Pakistan as a watershed moment for the host country.
“This is a tremendous accomplishment for us. Australia sent their best squad, and the fans were overjoyed. “
He said that when top players play, fans come to the stadium, which makes cricket exciting and rejuvenates it.
“We have worked really hard to reach this point, and we anticipate winning this series,” the former Pakistan captain said.
“It’s important because it shows how people think about security and cricket,” Ramiz said quickly.
“We will make an attempt to breathe life into the pitches, but it will take time. I already said that it would take time to reconstruct the wickets, and in Test cricket, we are much behind in terms of infrastructure and pitches. The series is not yet over, “the PCB head stressed.
