PM Imran emphasises the need to reverse the rising tide of Islamophobia.
Prime Minister Imran Khan emphasised the need to combat the global rise of Islamophobia on Thursday. He was in Russia for a two-day visit and was meeting with Grand Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin of the Moscow Cathedral Mosque.
Imran Khan also emphasised the need to foster religious cooperation in order to ensure peaceful cohabitation in an increasingly fractured globe.
In this way, the Prime Minister thanked President Putin for recognising Muslims’ love for the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad.
Earlier, in his discussion with Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov, the Prime Minister lauded the reconstruction of Grozny and the fast growth of Chechen under Ramzan Kadyrov’s leadership.
He said that ties between Pakistan and Russia are improving. Khan also emphasised the need for collaboration between Pakistan’s various provinces and regions of Russia.
