PM: I’m sorry for the soldiers who died in the North Waziristan terror attack.
Islamabad, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is mourning the death of seven army troops in an attack on their caravan in North Waziristan on Friday.
In a statement, he said that the attack on the Pakistani Army’s convoy on the Pakistan-Afghan border by terrorists was wrong, and that such attacks were putting peace at risk.
For giving their lives, he thanked Havaldar Tariq Yusuf, Sepoy Junaid Ali, Sepoy Ejaz Hussain, Sepoy Waqar Ahmed, Sepoy Muhammad Jawad Amir, Sepoy Arshad Ali, and Sepoy Ejaz Hussain.
He said that the country was going to get rid of terrorism. The prime minister thanked the sons of the country for their bravery and courage in the fight against the terrorists.
He asked God to put the dead souls in the best places in Jannah and give their families time to deal with their loss.
