Panasonic says that Apple’s new car software is not a threat and that it makes our products better.

Tokyo (Reuters) – Panasonic (OTC:PCRFY) Holdings Corp’s automotive business unit said that the new software for car dashboards that Apple is making does not pose a threat to Panasonic.

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) said on Monday that it plans to integrate its software more deeply into core driving systems. It also showed off a new car dashboard that would be able to show speed, fuel, and gas mileage data.
