Pak vs Aus: Finch lauds Nathan Ellis and Josh Inglis for their outstanding performances.

Aaron Finch said that Nathan Ellis and Josh Inglis had a bright future ahead of them after they bowled well in the one-off T20I against Pakistan at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
It was the Kangaroos’ only T20I against Pakistan, and they didn’t have many of the players who were in the T20 World Cup squad. Among them were Steven Smith, Glenn Maxwell, Matthew Wade, Pat Cummins, Josh Hazlewood, and Mitchell Starc.
Marcus Labuschanne, Cameron Green, and Ben Dwarshuis were all rookies in their first T20Is, but they still beat Pakistan and helped their team win by three wickets.
Ellis finished with career-best figures of 4–28 in his third T20I appearance. And Finch said that he sees a bright future ahead of him.
“He brings an incredible mentality and works ethic to games and training,” Finch added.
“His enthusiasm, his intensity, his ability to pick up new skills fast, whether it’s with the new ball or the old ball, speaking with veteran players and coaches, he brings an incredible mentality to the table.”
“And he’s someone the guys adore.
“When he shows up, he has an infectious attitude, and he’s one of [those] men who will have a fantastic future because he’s willing to push himself each and every day, which is a terrific indicator, particularly for a man without a lot of international experience.”
Inglish batted an excellent 24 off 15 balls, highlighting his exceptional performance despite being forced to isolate himself owing to COVID-19.
Finch praised Inglis, saying, “He’s been amazing.” “It seems as if nothing fazes him. The attitude he conveys in the middle is brilliant. Batting with him is a lot of fun. He’s another person who absorbs a lot of knowledge, and his ability to come out of a hotel room after seven days of seclusion and start out on the right foot was remarkable.
“And he’s just another one of those individuals, like Nathan Ellis, who the boys like being around and having in squads. He is an exceptional player. He also has an abundance of skills. Thus, I have been quite pleased with Josh. “
The skipper also produced good innings, scoring 55 runs off 45 balls to aid the side in chasing down the mark.
He had not scored a half-century in any of his previous 16 international innings, which included 13 T20I innings.
