NORTH KOREA CUTS COMMUNICATION WITH SOUTH

North Korea is cutting off all official correspondence joins with the South, it reported Tuesday in a move experts said was planned for assembling an emergency on the separated promontory.

Since a week ago the North has given a progression of bitter condemnations of the South over activists sending hostile to Pyongyang handouts over the outskirt — something turncoats do all the time.
