NHindustries says that Norway’s decision about helicopters has no legal basis.

Paris (Reuters) – NH Industries, which is owned by Airbus and Italy’s Leonardo, said on Friday that Norway’s decision to return its NH90 military helicopters was “extremely disappointing.”

In a statement, the company said, “NHIndustries thinks that this termination has no legal basis.”

“NHIndustries was not given the chance to talk about the latest proposal to make the NH90 more available in Norway and meet the country’s specific needs,” the report said.

Norway had said before that the NH90 helicopters were either not reliable or were late to arrive.
