Navy chief defends building club, terms it ‘sports facility’
ISLAMABAD: The Chief of the Naval Staff (CNS) has guarded the development of an ‘extravagance club’, naming it a games office that had been built up on the national government’s order in the wake of acquiring endorsement of natural specialists.
CNS Zafar Mahmood Abbasi in a composed report submitted to the Islamabad High Court (IHC) through insight Ashtar Ausaf Ali and Raja Zahoorul Hassan affirmed that the National Water Sports Center (NWSC) was “neither a club in the conventional sense nor is it a business undertaking”.
