Navjot Sidhu to visit Pakistan on November 20: Indian media
Indian politician and former cricketer Navjot Singh Sadhu will arrive in Pakistan on November 20 to attend Baba Guru Nanak’s birthday celebrations in Kartarpur.
According to Indian media reports, Navjot Singh Sadhu’s media adviser has said that Punjab Congress President Navjot Singh Sadhu will visit Kartarpur on November 20.
This will be Navjot Singh Sadhu’s second visit after the inauguration of Kartarpur in 2019.
Sadhu visited Kartarpur in late 2019 when he was formally invited by Prime Minister Imran Khan.
In 2019, Navjot Singh Sadhu said that he is eager to attend the inauguration ceremony of Darbar Sahib, millions of Sikhs around the world are eager to visit their holy land.
He further said that he was grateful to the Government of Pakistan, especially Prime Minister Imran Khan, for inaugurating the Darbar Sahib on the historic occasion of Baba Guru Nanak’s birthday.
It should be noted that the main function of 552nd birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak will be held at Nankana Sahib.
India had closed the Kartarpur corridor from March 16, 2020 due to corona virus.
