NAB GIVES CLEAN CHIT TO PMLQ
LAHORE: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has shut 20-year old last two requests against the Chaudhrys of Gujrat for need of proof.
The NAB told the Lahore High Court on Wednesday that two last requests forthcoming for a very long time against PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, Punjab Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Parvez Elahi, MNA Moonis Elahi and their relatives had been shut due to ‘absence of proof’.
As of late, the NAB had shut requests against previous head Nawaz Sharif in the Lahore Development Authority plots designation, Raiwind land extension against Opposition Leader in National Assembly Shehbaz Sharif and the acquisition of trains against previous rail routes serve Khwaja Saad Rafique on comparable grounds.
