Microsoft has promised to bring Call of Duty to Nintendo for the next 10 years.

Microsoft has agreed to bring “Call of Duty” to Nintendo platforms for the next 10 years, said Phil Spencer, the CEO of Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) Gaming, in a post on Twitter on Wednesday.

With this deal, Activision Blizzard’s (NASDAQ: ATVI) popular first-person shooter series will be available for the first time on Nintendo game consoles.

Nintendo said that what Microsoft said was true, but they didn’t want to say anything else.

The news comes after regulators were worried that Microsoft’s plan to buy the company that makes “Call of Duty” for $69 billion would hurt competition.
