Kazakhstan’s Deputy Defense Minister recognises PAF’s growing indigenous aviation capacity.

On Tuesday, Lieutenant General Khussainov Marat Rakhimovich, Kazakhstan’s First Deputy Defence Minister and Chief of General Staff of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan, paid a visit to Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu’s office on Tuesday during his visit to the Air Headquarters in Islamabad.

Both dignitaries discussed professional and mutual interests throughout the encounter.

Khussainov and Rakhimovich lauded the PAF’s professionalism and noted the PAF’s growing indigenous capacity in the aviation industry.

According to the air chief, Pakistan and Kazakhstan have long-standing religious, cultural, and historical links, which are reflected in the close ties between their air forces. The air chief said that he still wants to improve cooperation between the two countries that are close to each other.

Meanwhile, Lieutenant General Khussainov Marat Rakhimovich met Tuesday in Islamabad with Naval Chief Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi to discuss defence cooperation and mutual interests.

The visiting dignitary lauded Pakistan Navy’s contribution to regional maritime security and stability.
