Imran appeals to PTI leaders to enhance their outreach to the public.

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has urged all elected members of the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) to bolster their interaction with the public in order to raise awareness of the government’s many socioeconomic development programs.

He made the remarks at a meeting in Islamabad with Minister for Maritime Affairs Ali Haider Zaidi and members of the National Assembly from Peshawar, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Chakwal, and on women’s reserved seats.

“The government’s excellent economic measures have stabilized the country’s economy, and we are now on the road to sustainable growth,” the prime minister said.

He also asked them to inform the populace that the administration was well aware of their suffering. He said that the government was taking all necessary steps to safeguard citizens from the harmful impacts of inflation, which arose as a result of the unprecedented increase in the cost of basic goods in foreign markets.

Imran Khan said that the pro-people initiatives included a ten-rupee per liter drop in the price of fuel and diesel and a five-rupee per unit reduction in the price of electricity.

In addition, 100% tax refunds for IT businesses and freelancers, 100% foreign exchange holdings, and investment in IT start-ups are being used to encourage information technology in the country and provide a lot of jobs for young people.

Additionally, under the Kamyab Pakistan initiative, 407 billion rupees will be awarded to enterprises over the next two years.

It has been raised from 12,000 rupees to 14,000 rupees as part of the Ehsas initiative. 38 billion rupees have been set aside for 2.6 million scholarships, which means that 2.6 million people will be able to study.
