PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court on Tuesday put in a safe spot the request for the end of the CFO of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (EZDMC) by its governing body more than three years back and requested his re-instatement.
A seat comprising of Chief Justice Qaiser Rashid Khan and Justice Syed M Attique Shah acknowledged an appeal recorded by Shahid Iqbal Khattak, who had tested the Aug 10, 2017, end of his administrations by the board.
It articulated a short request after the consummation of contentions by the two players.
