Ogra and SBP meet to discuss increasing the loan limit for the oil industry.

 According to a statement, Masroor Khan, Chairman of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra), and Zain-ul-Abideen Qureshi, Member (Oil), met with a senior official of the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) to discuss credit restrictions for the oil industry.

People from Ogra met with Reza Baqir, the Deputy Governor of the SBP, and their staff to talk about raising credit limits for the oil business.

Dr. Baqir said that the oil industry’s credit lines had been changed so that the business could meet the country’s needs for petroleum products.

The Ogra management said the central bank’s collaboration was a good thing for the oil industry.
