ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister’s Adviser on Finance Shaukat Tareen has been confirmed as a Senator.
Administrator Senate Sadiq Sanjarani directed vow of office to recently chose Senator Shaukat Tareen.
Finance Advisor Shaukat Tareen has been chosen for the Senate from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on a PTI ticket and got a sum of 87 votes.
The PTI had given the pass to Shaukat Tareen by driving Ayub Afridi to leave the Senate seat while Shaukat Amirzada of ANP, Muhammad Saeed of PPP and Zahir Shah of JUI-F were challenging before the Finance Advisor.
